Easy 4-Step Users Guide:

IMPORTANT: Your Toll-Free No., Mailbox No., and PIN no. will be sent to you via email once your account has been activated.

STEP #1: RECORD YOUR GREETING:

  • 1. Dial your TOLL-FREE 800 NUMBER followed by the star ("*") key.

  • 2. Enter your 5-digit MAILBOX NUMBER followed by the pound ("#") key.

  • 3. Enter your 4 digit personal PIN followed by the pound ("#") key.

  • 4. Press "3" to record your greeting.

    • Press "1" to hear your current greeting.
    • Press "2" to record a new greeting.
    • Press "3" to use the system greeting.

  • 5. Record your message or use the system message.

    • Press the ("#") key to end the message and hear the message you recorded.
    • Press "1" to confirm the message.
    • Press "2" to re-record.

Once your message is completed, simply press the pound ("#") key to exit the system. Or Press "9" to get back to the main menu.


STEP #2: CHANGE YOUR PIN (4-digit personal identification number):

Once activated you will automatically be assigned a personal 4-digit PIN.

  • 1. Dial your TOLL-FREE 800 NUMBER followed by the star ("*") key.
  • 2. Enter your 5-digit MAILBOX NUMBER followed by the pound ("#") key.
  • 3. Enter your 4 digit personal PIN followed by the pound ("#") key.
  • 4. Press "4" to change your PIN.
  • 5. Enter your new 4-digit PIN.
  • 6. Re-enter your new 4-digit PIN.
  • 7. Press the pound ("#") key to exit the system or press "9" to get to the main menu.

Anyone who has your TOLL-FREE 800 NUMBER and MAILBOX NUMBER will be able to call and leave messages for you 24-hours a day, every day. They can call from anywhere in the country without paying a dime for long distance charges. If you choose, an audio copy of your messages can be emailed to you at no extra charge.


STEP #3: TO LEAVE A MESSAGE:

  • 1. Dial the TOLL-FREE 800 NUMBER.
  • 2. Enter the 5-digit MAILBOX NUMBER followed by the pound ("#") key.
  • 3. Record your message and press the pound ("#") key when finished.

STEP #4: TO RETRIEVE YOUR MESSAGES:

  • 1. Dial your TOLL-FREE 800 NUMBER followed by the star ("*") key.
  • 2. Enter your 5-digit MAILBOX NUMBER followed by the pound ("#") key.
  • 3. Enter your 4 digit personal PIN NUMBER followed by the pound ("#") key.
  • 4. Press "1" to play new messages or Press "2" to play saved messages

OR:

  • Press "1" to replay the message.
  • Press "2" to save the message for 30 days.
  • Press "3" to delete the message.
