Can I login with my existing username and password?
Yes! You can login anytime just by entering the same Mailbox Number and PIN you've always used. Login at the top of any page on this website to use and manage your Intelicom Messaging account.

Will my 800# and passcode stay the same?
Yes. The toll free number and passcode given to you by Voicemail Direct USA will work just as it always has. You can keep the same passcode, or change it when you call in by choosing option 4 and following the simple steps.

Are my saved messages still stored in my saved message box?
Yes. Your Intelicom Messaging Personal Voice Mailbox can hold unlimited messages, just as it did with Voicemail Direct USA. It will automatically save new messages as well, until you choose to delete them.

I just signed up to the service. How do I start using it?
It's Simple. Just call the toll free number given to you. You will be guided by a series of easy-to follow directions on how to set up your private voice mailbox. Once set-up is complete, you can start using your own private voice mailbox immediately.

Can anyone leave a private message for me?
Absolutely! You can give anyone you wish the toll-free number and your mailbox number to leave messages for you. Messages can be left for you any time – day or night. And you can call the same toll-free number to listen to your messages anytime you want… from anywhere in the US and Canada.

Will I have to pay long-distance charges to listen to my messages?
You or the people that leave messages for you - will never be charged for long distance! That´s why we give you a toll-free number in the first place.You never have to pay long distance charges to check your messages. The low monthly fee of just $14.95 covers everything. Every call within the continental United States is 100% FREE and that includes calls from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and many of the US Caribbean Islands too.

How many messages can I have in my mailbox?
Your messages are unlimited! PLUS you can get an email with a voice attachment for each message you receive. So now you can listen to your messages without even calling in to hear them! Important messages can be saved to your computer so you can listen to them whenever you want. Best of all, your Intelicom Messaging™ Personal Voice Mailbox will automatically save your messages forever... until you choose to delete them.

What is the maximum length of my voicemail greeting?
Your voicemail greeting can last up to a full 60-seconds long. That's plenty of time to leave a full-length personal message for your private callers to listen to.

What if I want to cancel my Intelicom Messaging™ account?
Not many people do. But if you want to cancel, we've made it easy for you. Simply select the "cancel option" from the CANCEL PAGE on the Intelicom Messaging™ Voicemail website. The system will update its records immediately and your account will be closed... no questions asked!

How do I pay for my private voice mailbox?
You will be responsible for the low monthly fee of only $14.95 that will be billed on your local telephone bill on the ESBI bill page as charges on behalf of Intelicom Messaging™. Your account can be canceled anytime you wish (see above) and will not be charged if you decide to cancel within the first 72 hours after activating your account. However, if you do not cancel your account within 72 hours from the date/time displayed on your activation email, you will only be responsible for the $14.95 monthly fee mentioned above.

How do voicemail email attachments work?
Voicemail attachments with email can be a very powerful tool. When you get a message in your voicemail mailbox, we copy your new phone message as .wav file. Then your phone messages will be sent automatically to you via email. You can play back your messages through your PC without ever having to call in for your messages. You can also forward your voice messages to anyone else - or save them to your hard drive.

It's important to remember that attachments are independent of your voicemail account. That means that when you listen to a voicemail as an email file attachment through your PC, it will still be listed as a new voicemail the next time you access your voicemail account by phone or online through your web account.

What happens if I cannot hear my voice messages online?
To hear your voice messages online you need Windows Media Player version 9 (or lower), RealPlayer, WinAmp, QuickTime — Or any other program that plays back wav. files. Many of these tools are free downloads.

Can I hear my messages online if I have a Macintosh computer?
Yes. Intelicom Messaging™ personal messaging works with Macs using QuickTime or Media Player 7. Supported browsers are Safari and IE 5.2. We are always testing new media playback tools, so we encourage you to contact us via support contact form if one you are using is not compatible with Intelicom Messaging™.

I forgot my voicemail mailbox and/or PIN. How do I get them?
If you forget your Voicemail Mailbox or PIN number, please click on the following link to request them via email: http://www.intelicommessaging.com/getmailbox.

When you enter your email address you will automatically receive your current Mailbox and PIN via email.

How do I change my personal greeting or PIN?
Simply call in and choose option 3 for changing your personal greeting or option 4 for changing your PIN.
